When you shop on online (web or app), who delivers your favourite pair of shoes? Not the backend developer maintaining Hadoop clusters on AWS, it’s a friendly neighbourhood delivery boy/partner agent. And invariably it’s the brand’s fault if you have a bad experience with these guys. Hence, these partners become crucial to maintain brand identity to the extent that they are trained to-the-tee to follow process and ensure you have a pleasant experience. It is a big burden on-going training and adoption costs of any company. That’s exactly what happened to one of our customers who were searching for an efficient technology to quickly train their partners at a fraction of the cost.

Enter Appunfold. With our product’s capabilities, customer trained their partners using the right visual cues at the right time based on the activity partner was performing on his phone. This included personality/ethics training as well and it was done through combination of audio, visual and textual content pushed in real-time. To assess performance, customer conducted quiz, collated responses along with other measures for an end-to-end measurement. All this through the app and without any classroom sessions or presentations.
